Silent Words

A sapphire-studded ring
    to line a finger delicate,
Bombardments taciturn and rude,
    heartbroken and inimical
Volatile premonition
    that was his as well
Instances of burning always known
    they are questioning and undesirable
The screams throughout the halls
    nascent and pontifical,
Corruption reigns inside a jewelled heart
you always know how this ought to end.
Abruptly pick apart the ways
you could have seen him down the hall
Terror always reigns
and you are faced with diminishing
Possibilities and heated instances
paranoia that cannot curb this anathema
The words that cannot be erased
you always ought to be so careful
Your notorious ways that
    cannot be contained
To wax irascible and not a single thing
cannot be left unsaid the undulations
Effervescent and you know
    just what he said today
